Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the DashAI Chrome Extension (the "Extension") hosted on the website dashai.xyz (the "Website"). The Extension is owned and operated by Beem LLC, a company registered in the state of Wyoming ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Extension.

1.1 License Requirement: The DashAI Chrome Extension requires a valid license to be used. The license can be purchased on the Website by making a payment through the Stripe payment processor. Once the payment is processed successfully, you will be granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension, subject to these Terms.

1.2 Personal Use: The license granted to you is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not sublicense, sell, distribute, or otherwise transfer the license to any third party.

2.1 Chrome Storage: The Extension stores information in the user's Chrome storage to provide its functionality. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Chrome storage and any data stored within the Extension.

2.2 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Extension for any unlawful, unauthorized, or prohibited activities. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: - Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights. - Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension. - Interfering with or disrupting the functionality of the Extension or the Website. - Using the Extension to collect or transmit any harmful or offensive content.

3.1 User Information: The DashAI Chrome Extension does not collect any personal information from its users. All information generated or modified within the Extension is stored in the user's Chrome storage and is not transmitted or accessible to us or any third parties.

4.1 Ownership: The DashAI Chrome Extension, including all intellectual property rights associated with it, is owned by Beem LLC. You acknowledge that Beem LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in the Extension and any related materials.

4.2 Trademarks: "DashAI" and any associated logos are trademarks owned by Beem LLC. You are prohibited from using these trademarks without our prior written consent.

5.1 No Warranty: The DashAI Chrome Extension is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements. You use the Extension at your own risk.

5.2 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Beem LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Extension or any violation of these Terms.

6.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

6.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, United States.

7.1 Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version of the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
